Community Lighthouse Foundation Charity

has launched an emergency appeal following a 7.8 magnitude earthquake that hit near the city of Gaziantep in Turkey in the early hours of 6th February 2023.

Reports now suggest that more than 17,000 have been killed, and many thousands more injured as a result of the tragedy. These figures continue to rise.

The worst earthquake to hit the region in a generation!

The death toll is expected to rise as rescuers comb through mountains of rubble in freezing, snowy weather.
